Policy

  • All orders are final sale. Order requests or changes will not be allowed.
  • Refunds and exchanges OK if the product is out of stock or arrives damaged.
  • Once your package is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it.

Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Office from the Bay Area, California.

  • Non-flat items will be shipped in First-class mail with tracking.
  • Flat items will be shipped in a stamped mailed envelope with no tracking.

Insurance is not automatically applied. If you want to add insurance, please email me with your order number within the first 2 weeks of placing your order, and I’ll send you a PayPal invoice of the fee cost. *Highly recommended for international customers!

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations and Exchanges: All orders are final sale and not ineligible for cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or modifications once the payment has been made.

Lost packages: Once a package is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it, or the damages inflicted on its contents.

  1. US Orders: Contact your local post office if your package status has been stuck at “in transit” for over 2-4 weeks.
  2. International Orders: Contact your local post office if your package status has been stuck at “in transit” for over 2-3 months.
  3. If your package status states "delivered" but you have not received it, I suggest contacting the post office to see if they are still holding your package or reaching out to your neighbors in case they might have received it by mistake.

Missing items: If there is an item missing from your receipt, please email me your order number and the name of the missing item! If the item is no longer available, you can choose between a refund or an exchange of an item of equal value.

Damaged Items: Products damaged while in transit are not refundable. Please contact me within the first 7 days from the delivered date with proof of the broken/damaged item. I can provide a replacement if there is available stock, but it will come with an additional shipping cost fee for re-delivery.

Returned packages: Please let me know if your package is returned back to the sender. In this case, I can offer you two options:

1) Refund your order (excluding tax and shipping fees)

2) Re-deliver your package (with an additional shipping fee)
