1) Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, I ship internationally, however, each country's restrictions vary.
If your country is listed here, I cannot ship to you at this time. Other unlisted countries unavailable for international shipping are: United Kingdom, Russia, Germany and China.
- UK Customers: Due to the VAT laws, I cannot ship non-flat items to the UK. However, I can ship flat items, including stickers, sticker sheets, and postcards.
- EU Customers: Shipping to the EU is OK (except Germany sorry!) EU customers are responsible for managing their VAT upon the package’s arrival.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding! If your country is on the USPS restriction list but you are still interested in ordering, I advise you to look into a proxy service that can provide a reliable shipping address on your behalf.

2) How long do orders normally take to arrive?
- All orders will be shipped out through USPS from the Bay Area, California.
- US domestic shipments take ~2-10 days with no delays.
- International shipments take ~10-30 days with no delays. Depending on your country’s restrictions and custom regulations, your package can be delayed by ~1-3 months.

3) When will my order be shipped out?
- Please allow ~2-3 weeks for me to process and ship out your order, as I receive an influx of orders during my store opening period. I appreciate your patience!

4) I have a pre-ordered item with my order. When will it ship out?
- I ship out pre-ordered items once the merchandise arrives, which may take up to 1-3 months. Once the pre-ordered items arrive at my studio, please allow for an additional 2-3 weeks for me to quality-check the items and process your order. I try to prioritize orders in the order that they’ve been placed, so, if your order is part of a later batch, it may take longer.
Please keep in mind that there are potential external delays and manufacturing issues that may arise that are not within my control. You can refer to the pre-order listing for more information about specific item timelines!

6) What can I do about a returned, damaged, or lost package?

7) Can I cancel or exchange my item?
- All orders are final sale.
- There are no cancellations or modifications to your orders after the purchase.
- If the product arrives damaged or defected, you can exchange it for an available item of equal value. Please contact me within the first 7 days from the delivered date with proof of the damaged item. There is an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
